Dr. Royond Patrick (Dr. Ro) has over 29 years of excellence in school and community service, international educational leadership, and special education advocacy. Dr. Ro was a presenter at the 2025 Virtual Wellness Experience.

Dr. Ro is the founder of DREAM Education Consulting LLC. DREAM Education Consulting LLC offers services, including professional development for K-12 Schools, inclusive solutions for schools, Communities, Organizations, and Government Agencies, as well as curriculum design and organizational leadership.

In addition to hosting Women in Leadership empowerment summit and running DREAM Education Consulting, Dr. Ro created iThrive Empowered Minds Magazine as an outlet to promote mental wellness for teens worldwide.
